About Me
I have been a member of Subud for more than 50 years. My Subud opening took place in Lima, Peru, and in 1974 my late husband and I moved to the United States, where I have lived ever since.
I studied Asian Medicine at a Korean university in Los Angeles and have dedicated many years to holistic health and natural healing. Although I am now semi-retired, I continue to support others with meaningful and effective wellness solutions.
Alongside members in Mexico, Peru, and Los Angeles, I help guide a growing wellness initiative that combines traditional knowledge, scientific approaches, and genuine care for long-term well-being. I am currently a Helper in the Los Angeles Subud group and feel deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve and connect with members across cultures and communities.

I operate a wellness business based in Guadalajara, Mexico, focused on advanced immune health and natural herbal support.
