This website is intended solely for the Subud community. No intentional marketing or promotional efforts will be conducted outside of the Subud community. Any sharing of the website will be at the discretion of Subud members themselves.
Any disputes between buyers and sellers regarding fulfillment, quality, or delivery must be resolved between the two parties. If complains are repeatedly raised about any seller by multiple buyers, Subud Marketplace reserves the right to remove the seller’s profile from the website with prior notification.

2. Seller Guidelines
The website exclusively serves business owners, self-employed individuals, and professionals from any field belonging to the Subud community. The website facilitates the showcasing of existing products or services by listing them in the catalog. However, assistance in starting a business or mentorship services are not provided. The website is also not liable for the quality of services or products offered by registered sellers. Sellers listed on the website are solely responsible for declaring any income generated from their sales to the relevant authorities, in accordance with their form of business activity.

  • Maintaining professional, clear and respectful communication

2.3 Product Quality Standards
Sellers must list only products and services that align with the ethos and principles of the Subud community. Items or services that promote hate speech, illegal activities, or violate the community's values are strictly prohibited. Sellers must refrain from listing products or services that they do not intend to fulfill.

2.4 Product Fulfillment
Since Subud Marketplace is not a direct transaction platform, the process of payment, shipping, and delivery is handled entirely between the buyer and seller. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling any agreements made with buyers. Any disputes between buyers and sellers regarding fulfillment, quality, or delivery must be resolved between the two parties. If complains are repeatedly raised about any seller by multiple buyers, Subud Marketplace reserves the right to remove the seller’s profile from the website with prior notification.

3. Buyer Guidelines

3.1 Buyer Responsibilities
  • Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing the seller’s profile, product/service descriptions, and all other provided details before contacting sellers. The buyer should ensure they understand the nature of the product/service and the terms of purchase.
  • Buyers must use the contact information provided on the seller’s profile page to initiate communication. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange payment, delivery, or service scheduling directly with the seller.
  • Buyers should act respectfully and professionally in their communications.
  • Be clear about their intentions (whether they want to proceed with the purchase or not)
  • Following through on serious inquiries
- Good following through: A buyer messages about a product, asks relevant questions, and either proceeds with the purchase or politely declines.
- Poor following through: A buyer asks many questions, makes the seller hold an item, then disappears without any communication.
  • Report any concerns to website administration

4. Product and Service Listing Guidelines
As Subud Marketplace only facilitates the promotion of products and services, the website cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any product or service listed. Buyers should address concerns about the quality or performance of products/services directly with the seller. If complains are repeatedly raised about any seller by multiple buyers, Subud Marketplace reserves the right to remove the seller’s profile from the website with prior notification.

5. Communication Guidelines

All users must treat one another with respect, courtesy, and integrity. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and can lead that the user’s IP address is blocked by the website administrators. Subud Marketplace strives to foster a harmonious and supportive environment in line with the values of the Subud community.
All listings, communications, and content shared on the website must reflect the ethical and spiritual standards of the Subud community. Any content that violates these standards, including offensive, harmful, or misleading content, will be removed and may result in the deletion of the seller’s profile.

The website collects data from Sellers when Sellers deliberately choose to complete the Seller’s Form so that their profiles are created.
The website does not use or share the stored data for commercial or any other purposes, which differ from the main website’s objective expressed in the current document.

As the website is publicly accessible to all visitors, sellers are solely responsible for the content and information they choose to disclose.

6.1. Intellectual Property

6.1.1. Copyright and Trademarks
All content on Subud Marketplace, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Subud Marketplace and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without express permission.

6.1.2. Seller Content
Sellers retain the intellectual property rights to the content they upload to the website (e.g., product images and descriptions). By listing content on Subud Marketplace, sellers grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute their content for promotional purposes on the website.
The website does not bear any responsibility in case sellers use logos, pictures, audio/video content to promote their product and services on the website, which they do not own and have copied from third parties without proper authorization.

9. Website Maintenance and Availability

9.1 Availability
Subud Marketplace aims to maintain its website with minimal disruption. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the website at our discretion.

9.2 Updates to the Website
We may update or modify the website’s features, policies, or design at any time.

10. Modifications to Terms
Subudmarketplace.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes via website announcement or an email communication. The website does not do any modifications to the Sellers’ profile pages without their explicit request or without their prior consent.

11.Donations to support the website’s maintenance
  • To ensure the continued operation and development of this website, users—especially sellers benefiting from the platform—are highly encouraged to contribute through voluntary donations.
  • Unlike the Profile Page, the development of a Landing Page requires a minimum of 10-15 hours of work, depending on the complexity of the request. Therefore, to initiate the creation of a Landing Page on the Subud Marketplace, a seller should provide an advance donation of EUR 50 to help cover the costs.
  • Any excess funds received through donations, beyond what is needed for the website’s maintenance, will be managed at the discretion of the Zone 4 Council to ensure their best use.
  • Support through donations can be directed to the following bank account, with a remark “Donation for the Subud Marketplace” (if you have any problems with the transaction please contact current Zone 4 Treasurer: Feodora by email feodorashukurova@gmail.com)
