Operations & Project Management

Professional Profile
I am an Operations & Project Management professional focused on building scalable systems and driving operational excellence.
My expertise lies in structuring complex environments, aligning cross-functional teams, and implementing processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and financial performance. I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — translating business objectives into structured workflows and measurable outcomes.
My experience includes:
  • Leading cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery
  • Designing and optimizing operational processes to improve cost efficiency and performance
  • Implementing CRM and business automation systems (like Salesforce)
  • Developing financial models, budgeting frameworks, and full P&L structures
  • Establishing KPI systems and management reporting for data-driven decision-making
  • Driving workforce planning and resource allocation initiatives
  • Developing internal policies and governance frameworks
  • Launching and managing digital platforms and websites, including this Subud marketplace.
In early-stage companies, I have taken on operational leadership roles, building foundational systems that support sustainable growth and long-term scalability.
I specialize in transforming complexity into structured, accountable, and performance-driven operations.
I was born in sunny Tashkent — a city I still consider one of the warmest and most hospitable capitals in the world. At 16, I moved to Moscow with my family, graduated from law school, and earned a Master’s degree in Law.
By my third year at university, I realized the legal profession — at least in the reality I observed — did not align with my values. After graduation, I never practiced law.
My real professional education began when I became a personal assistant to a visionary American entrepreneur who built multiple large-scale businesses in Russia — from retail chains and cinema networks to premium logistics complexes. Working alongside him shaped me as a manager. It was there that I discovered I have a natural ability for coordination, strategic thinking, and making complex projects move forward.
I have never stopped learning. While I hold various certifications and professional qualifications, the most valuable knowledge I’ve gained has come from hands-on experience — solving real problems, making mistakes, taking responsibility, and seeing systems either fail or succeed because of the decisions made.
I am a structural thinker by nature. I create clarity. I build accountability. I bring order — without losing humanity.
About Me
I was opened in Subud in October 2019, and I didn’t expect how deeply it would become part of my life.
From 2020 to 2024, I served as a Committee Council Member of Subud Russia. That period gave me a deep understanding of how a community functions behind the scenes — the importance of governance, transparency, and thoughtful leadership.
Today, I serve as Chair of Subud Russia, Zone 4 Treasurer, and assistant to the Zone 4 Representative. These roles combine national leadership, regional financial oversight, and international coordination.
But for me, it has never been about titles. It has simply been about being of service.
And in Subud, service is not only external. Yes, there are reports, financial accountability, coordination across countries, and organizational decisions. But there is also a deeper dimension. The responsibility is felt internally — in your conscience, your awareness, your alignment. It is accountability not only to people and systems, but also at the level of spirit.
About a year ago, myself together with Harissa Deligianni, Tatiana Osadciuc and Konrad SZ Nanassy started the Subud Marketplace project. My role was and is to built the website from scratch and continue to maintain and develop it. Looking back I realized that it is a space where my operational mindset and technical skills meet my commitment to community.
And there is one more part that is especially close to my heart.
Once a year, I also take small groups of Subud members to Uzbekistan — my homeland. We travel together through Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara, spending a week immersed in culture, history, and the deep hospitality of Central Asia. These journeys are about connection — between people, cultures, and sometimes inner and outer worlds.
In many ways, my work in Subud reflects how I move through life and business: taking responsibility, building structure, and creating environments where trust, clarity, and meaning can coexist.
