I am a long-time Subud member, mother, and entrepreneur.
A number of years ago I received to start a business.
The Mother Corp, Trauma-Informed Coaching and Consulting, is my labour of love.

I serve as a women's empowerment coach specializing in effective support during major life transitions. My coaching is holistic and evidence-based. I utilize my lived expertise in combination with my professional and academic experience to effectively support women to increase safety and wellness.

Confidential, one-on-one personalized coaching support for major life transitions like separation, divorce, parenting, coparenting, and chronic health issues. I specialize in support for high-conflict disputes and gender-based violence.

Educational workshops and training on trauma-informed practices, holistic trauma recovery, identifying red flags, gender-based violence, and high-conflict divorce.
