I am a long-time Subud member, mother, and entrepreneur.
My coaching and consulting utilizes my lived expertise of gender-based violence, along with my professional and academic experience to effectively support women to increase their safety and wellness.

For Individuals:
Confidential, one-on-one personalized coaching support for separation, divorce, coparenting, and chronic health issues. I specialize in high-conflict disputes.

For organizations:
Educational workshops and training on trauma-informed practices, holistic trauma recovery, gender-based violence, and identifying red flags. This training strengthens organizations and helps staff better look after themselves, their team, and the clients they serve.
